The MTA, in partnership with the Atlantica School of Industry and Business (ASIB Europe), has developed the first Executive Market Intelligence course on key Russian speaking markets for international patients.
The 2-day Executive Program is divided in one on-site day in Lisbon (Portugal) focusing on strategic marketing for internationalizing healthcare units.
The second day is dedicated to a Digital Business Mission focusing on trends and opportunities of cooperation and business development topics with these three European healthcare markets. The course has a practical executive focus combined with the delivery of analytical tools for strategic development and internationalization of healthcare units into Europe.
